Forward Lift 992301 Chain-Over Style Hydraulic Cylinder for 2-Post Above Ground Lifts

This is a replacement hydraulic cylinder for Forward two-post above ground lifts using the chain-over push design. In this system, the cylinder pushes up and a chain runs over a roller at the top to raise the carriage. When seals fail, the cylinder typically leaks at the large brass breather port at the top of the barrel. Identify your cylinder type before ordering: look for a welded U-shaped yoke at the top of the cylinder (or a removable yoke that slides over the shaft), hose fittings at the bottom, and a large brass breather port at the top of the barrel. The original cylinders may be painted blue or black. This replacement works with both welded and removable-yoke styles. Roller and pin are sold separately.
