Forward Lift YG32-9180 Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kit – 2-Post Lift Rebuild
This is one hydraulic cylinder seal/rebuild kit for the Chinese-style cylinders used in newer Forward 2-post lifts (7,000-10,000 lb capacity). This kit rebuilds ONE cylinder – order two kits to rebuild both columns. Before ordering, verify your cylinder is the correct Chinese type: the cylinder hangs from the top of the lift, approximately 72.5″ tall, with a chrome shaft coming out of the bottom of the barrel. The finish is typically a satin black. The gland/end cap has two holes on the face for a spanner wrench, is inset flush with the end of the barrel, and uses a round locking ring (not square) (see pics 5 and 8). Cup-shaped piston seals in solid blue or green confirm the Chinese cylinder type. Cylinders stamped “PRINCE,” “AA,” “T,” or “TX” followed by numbers are NOT Chinese-style and require a different seal kit.
