This is the “A” right rear column assembly for the Forward Lift PRO 14F 14,000 lb four-post lift, referenced in FIG. 9, FIG. 13, and FIG. 16 of the parts manual.

The column is one of the four structural posts that carry the lift’s rated load and provide the lock positions for the safety latch system. A column with bent steel, cracked welds, or damaged lock positions must be replaced to restore safe operation.
