The H4P-4006 hinge pin attaches the approach ramp to the rear of the runway, allowing the ramp to pivot as vehicles drive on and as the lift rises. It appears in Drawing 2 (Frame Assembly with Ramp/Stopper Detail, p.39), Drawing 3 (Frame with Power Unit & Cylinder Assembly, p.40) and FIG. 13 of the parts breakdowns. Worn or bent hinge pins cause the ramp to sag, rattle or fall off.
OEM-style replacement that supersedes the older H4P-4006FWD part number. Replace pins in pairs when servicing both ramps.
