The H4P-4100 tire stopper mounts at the front of the runway and physically stops the vehicle’s front tires so it cannot be driven off the end of the lift. It is shown in Drawing 3 (Frame with Power Unit & Cylinder Assembly, p.40), FIG. 13 and FIG. 16 of the parts breakdowns. A missing or bent tire stop is a serious safety issue and should be replaced before the lift is put back in service.
