Description
This is a 1HP replacement electric motor with cast iron adapter bracket & hardware to replace many model Ammco®* brake lathes. 120Volt
Fits Ammco®* model : 4000, 4000E, 7000, 7700 model lathes and may fit others as well.
This doesn’t fit the 3850 model lathe.
These motors are extremely dependable and are used in all our brake lathe rebuilds and repairs.

Please note if your lathe has the original equipped electric motor in it ( motor won’t have the 4 bolt mounting flange on the bottom and instead with have a welded Pipe to the housing of the motor) You will also need to order the AMO3009 motor adapter bracket.
