The Direct Lift NH4D-1006 is the Cable Sheave B Shaft for Direct Lift 9K Parking Wider V and PP9+ 9K four-post parking lifts, shown in the Crossbeam / Safety Latch Assembly (Figure 1) of the factory parts breakdown.

This shaft is the axle the cable sheave B pulley rotates on within the crossbeam. A worn or scored shaft causes the sheave to wobble or bind, which misaligns the lifting cable and accelerates wear on both cable and pulley.

Direct-fit OEM replacement. Commonly replaced together with the NH4D-1005 Cable Sheave B pulley; inspect both whenever servicing the cable path.
