Duro / Tuxedo Replacement Cylinder Chain Roller with Pin – TP9-1022
The chain roller on a chainover-style 2-post lift cylinder rides inside a welded U-shaped yoke at the top of the hydraulic ram and guides the lift chain as the carriage travels up and down. Over time the roller surface wears flat, develops cracks, or the pin works loose, causing the chain to skip, jump track, or bind during operation. When any of these symptoms appear the roller and pin assembly should be replaced before the chain or cylinder yoke sustains secondary damage.
