Equalizer cables synchronize the two columns on a 2-post lift, keeping both sides rising and lowering evenly. When a cable shows fraying, kinking, or stretching, both cables should be replaced at the same time to maintain balanced operation. This cable is specifically for XL-7C and XL-9C series lifts with 127″ column height. Locate the model number, serial number, and production date on the ID tag on the lift column – not on the motor.
