Challenger Lift 39030 Short Overhead Sheave Shaft Spacer

This short black sheave shaft spacer is used in the overhead cable pulley system on Challenger two-post lifts. It fits on the sheave pin to provide the correct spacing and protect the plastic sheave from wear. When spacers crack or deform, the sheave can shift on the pin, causing cable misalignment or accelerated wear. Inspect the overhead pulley assembly when replacing cables or sheaves.
