Aftermarket Rotary FJ6202 Screw-Up Round Weldment Adapter for 2-Post and In-Ground Lifts
This aftermarket screw-up style round weldment adapter is a direct replacement for Rotary part number FJ6202. Screw-up (also called thread-up or spin-up) weldments differ from simple drop-in pads: the 2″ pin drops into the lift arm cup, then threads upward via two sets of threads to reach taller vehicle frames, or threads fully down for low-profile cars and SUVs. The 3-stage design means the adapter body itself collapses to its lowest profile when not extended, allowing clearance under vehicles with limited ground clearance. These adapters are only compatible with Rotary lift arms that already have round RA-style receivers with 2″ diameter arm holes — they will not fit TRIO arms (which use 1.5″ bore holes) without a conversion.

Fitment & Ordering Notes
- Verify before ordering: Confirm your lift arms have round RA-style receivers (not square pads or flip-up receivers) with 2″ diameter arm holes. Newer Rotary TRIO arms use 1.5″ bore holes and require different adapters.
- Adapters are frequently lost when they adhere to vehicle frames and leave with the vehicle — this is the most common replacement scenario.
- Height extension adapters are also available separately for reaching truck frames or working around running boards.
- A heavy-duty pad set is available separately for this style weldment.
