Description
This is 1 seal kit for the hydraulic cylinders found in CL9, CL10, challenger 2 post lifts. It meets or exceeds factory specs. It fits lifts with capacity 10,000lb. This kit rebuilds FAST Brand cylinders that challenger used through many years of production. This seal kit will rebuild ONE Cylinder if you are needing to rebuild both cylinders you will need TWO seal kits.
-HOW TO IDENTIFY YOUR CYLINDER IS A FAST
If your lift has a FAST cylinder in it, it will be approximately 68″ tall with an allen head bleeder screw at the top. Look 6″ below the bleeder screw near the top of the cylinder there will be Id stampings (see stamping example in pics).The Cap Is held on with a retaining wire. If it reads “FAST” and 16138 this is the proper seal kit for your lift. If you have your cylinder apart already, compare your piston seal with the one pictured to the left. -HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE??
This kit usually takes less than an hour to install and can be done with a vice, pipe wrench and a few hand tools.
-WHAT THIS KIT WON’T FIT!
If you see the words “holmec”, “HO” , “AA” or Pacoma / hyco,16138R with an R on the end. this seal kit will NOT work with your lift or if the cap is held on by a wire retainer but we offer all seal kits for any lift so give us a call @1-866-902-6060
