Challenger 11400 FAST Wire-Retainer Cylinder Rebuild Seal Kit – 2 Post Lift
This seal kit rebuilds FAST-brand wire-retainer hydraulic cylinders used in Challenger CL9, CL10, and cassette-series 2-post lifts. The FAST wire-retainer cylinder is approximately 68 in. tall with an allen-head bleeder screw at the top. ID stampings are located about 6 in. below the bleeder screw. The cap is held on with a retaining wire – not threads. The cylinder must read ‘FAST’ and be stamped 16138 (without an ‘R’ suffix) or 39097. This kit rebuilds one cylinder; two are required for a full lift rebuild.

Fitment & Ordering Notes
The cylinder must be stamped ‘FAST’ and ‘16138’ or ‘39097’ (without an ‘R’). The cap must be held on with a retaining wire – not threads. If the cylinder is stamped ‘16138R’ (with R), use the ram-style kit (CHR6138RSK) instead. If the cylinder shows ‘holmec’, ‘HO’, ‘AA’, or ‘Pacoma/Hyco’, this kit will not fit.
