The Direct Lift V12TP-1012 is the cable pulley (also listed as chain sheave) for the I12, PRO10 / PROV10 / PV10 new style, and 2-column 10K lifts. It appears in the Column & Carriage Components breakdown (Figure #8) and in Drawing 4 of the I12 manual. The pulley guides the equalizer cable through the column, keeping both carriages synchronized as the lift travels.

Worn pulley grooves fray and shorten the life of equalizer cables, so replace the pulley if the groove is worn, chipped, or the pulley wobbles on its shaft. This is the OEM replacement pulley for the listed models and works with shaft V12TP-1010. Confirm your model against Figure #8 before ordering.
