Challenger 591-50-1821 Hydraulic Cylinder Seal Kit for 40000 Series 4-Post Lifts
When hydraulic leaks develop in a Challenger 40000 series 4-post lift cylinder, this packing kit rebuilds one cylinder. Before ordering, confirm your cylinder has a 60″ stroke – the distance the shaft travels from fully collapsed to fully extended. The cylinder barrel should be stamped with a teardrop or an “H” marking followed by the numbers “1821”. This kit rebuilds ONE cylinder; order additional kits for each cylinder you plan to service.

Return Policy: Seal kits come in a sealed clear bag. Do not open the bag until you have confirmed you have the correct kit with your cylinder disassembled. Remove the old seals and compare them to the new seals by holding them side by side – if the inside and outside diameters appear similar, you have the correct seals.
