The Direct Lift NH4D-2021 is Cable Lock Plate A for Direct Lift 9K Parking Wider V and PP9+ 9K four-post parking lifts, shown in the (Main Side) Runway & Hydraulics Components section, Figure 3, of the factory parts breakdown.
The cable lock plate secures and retains the lifting cable at its anchor point on the main side runway, keeping the cable end fixed under load. Any deformation or wear at the cable anchoring hardware warrants replacement, since these parts carry the lifting load.
Direct-fit OEM replacement. Pairs with Cable Lock Plate B (NH4D-2022) and the NH4D-2030A cable lock bracket in the same assembly; inspect the full anchor stack when servicing cables.
