This is 1 lifting cable built in the USA for a Rotary 4 Post ARO122L SMO122L (all series) model Automotive lift / hoist. This includes 1 cable (CABLE RF) for one corner of the lift as well as Nylock nuts for the threaded stud.

Your cable should have 1 threaded end and one button style end with no threads
