This is 1 lifting cable built in the USA for a Forward 4 Post OR12L (all series) model Automotive lift / hoist. This includes 1 cable for left front corner of the lift as well as Nylock nuts for the threaded stud.

Your cable should have 1 threaded end and one button style end with no threads
NOTE : Forward Lift has many 4 post OR12L models- PLEASE MAKE SURE THESE PART NUMBERS ARE CORRECT FOR YOUR LIFT OR CONTACT US AT support@carliftparts.com with your lift model number production date and serial number to verify fitment. Also specify if both ends of your cable have threaded studs or button ends.
